My work is listed in New York City’s doggy guide by Jason McDowell Inwolf: Pet Loss Resources.
“Christine uses a combination of physical body language and spiritual techniques to help you communicate more effectively with your pet. A close friend of mine recently lost their pet and used Christine to communicate in the final hours, and had nothing but good things to say about how much the experience meant to both the pet and the owners.”
Would you like your animal’s name or photo carried to sacred sites in Joshua Tree, Santa Fe, Ghost Ranch-Georgia O’Keeffe, New Mexico, Sedona and the Pacific Ocean?
I’m giving a ritual practice of thanks and blessing for our animals in each of these places, leading up to the Summer Solstice on June 21.
Please allow me to carry your animal with us in name or image.
You can send them to me at Christine@ChristineSang.com.
My gift in thanks, to your animals, and you.

What’s it like to take Christine’s Workshop?
Denise Martel, Austin, Texas workshop participant June, 2011, says – “I was incredibly surprised and overjoyed with the connections I was able to make with my own pet and a friend’s during only a few hours at my first workshop with Christine. I was really unsure of how it would all work, would I be able to “do it” and what is it all about? more
Christine is a wonderfully patient and compassionate teacher. She artfully guided us through several steps preparing our way and my workshop partner and I were both astounded and amazed at our validated experiences! I highly recommend Animal Awakening workshops to anyone with beloved pets, or with animals in their lives. It has changed my outlook!”
I would love you to join with me in the bliss of communication with your best friend.
Are you concerned about an animal
- who has behavior issues?
- who has physical problems?
- who is joining your family?
- who is dying or passed away?
or does your best friend just make you want to know more?
“Christine has so much respect and love for animals as beautiful wise and full beings that it makes the communication she brings very real, alive. It’s like a window opened.”
From a new series on Solving Problems. Some problems are easier to solve than others! If you’d like to know more about Genny’s work, just let me know.
I’ve been spending the last few days with my friend Genny, a Reiki Master who lives in New Mexico. Although I’m here in New York City, I’m talking to her animals long-distance and giving her daily reports. Two of the animals are dealing with health problems. Genny’s partner cares for the animals while Genny is working with Reiki clients, but she is away this week. There is an entire family of animals that need food and attention regardless.
Each morning I check in with Genny’s animals. Continue reading
I want to share this beautiful practice with you and your furry friend.
Animals love to hear you say thank you. Whisper in their ears, tell them their best qualities, ask a blessing for them for all they do in your life.
Blessing your animal doesn’t have to be connected with any religion, even though there are many organized celebrations this week. Just take a moment, open your heart, and be with your animal. Include the animals with you in body and the ones in spirit. Let them know how much you love them with a special blessing.

The Physical Loss of Your Animal (an excerpt)
The physical loss may seem the hardest part. Who else in your life lets you touch them any time you want? Who else smells so good even when their fur is wet? Who else is so soft? Who else comes to meet you or gives up their spot on the couch for you, if you ask? In some ways we rely even more on the physical aspect with our animals because we don’t have the same verbal connection we rely with other humans. But it’s also because they have a direct affect on us physically. It has to do with the heart. Read more
Where have I been? I’ve been deep underground writing a book on animals and grief. You know what that’s like – an animal friend you love and you wish would be with you forever, passes over. How do you get through this?
I’ll be on Animal Spirit Network Cafe Mastery Hour November 15th, talking about how to turn Grief into Gratitude. It’s also available as an On Demand Presentation afterwards. If you’ve found my blog after hearing the call, please add your name to my newsletter subscription. Thank you!
World-wide, twice a year, Animals are blessed in special celebrations. Guide your heart to focus on the blessing our animals are. Take a moment in your life, and with full awareness, share it with your animal. Include the animals with you in body and the ones in spirit. Let them know how much you love them with a special blessing.

“I give deep thanks for (each animal’s name). I take time this minute to remember that we live and work and love among the animals. I am inspired to be their friend, to listen to their wisdom and their humor, love them, to protect them from harm, and to thank them for each moment they share with me. Especially today, I ask blessings on (each animal’s name) who is the companion of my life. I pledge to care for them tenderly and faithfully, and to remember that we are not alone on the earth. I translate my outpouring of love and gratitude for (each animal’s name) into love and gratitude for all species.”
